Point Labatt Restricted Access Zone (RAZ-2), West Coast Bays Marine Park (South Australia)

Restricted access zone of the West Coast Bays Marine Park under the Marine Parks Act 2007 (SA). Except as the regulations otherwise allow, a person must not enter or remain in, or engage in any activity in, a restricted access zone (Marine Parks (Zoning) Regulations 2012 reg 9(3)(c), expiation fee $750), so spearfishing and even being in the water there are offences.
