Qué es esta zona
Resumen
Cómo se trata la pesca submarina en Suwarrow (Suvorov) National Park.
Suwarrow atoll is a National Park of the Cook Islands (WDPA 4256; IUCN category II; declared a National Park in 1978), administered by the National Environment Service (Crown land, state-owned). The whole island and its surrounding water are Crown land; visitors require a permit even to land, anchoring is permitted only at Anchorage Island with all other islets off-limits to vessels, and the park is ranger-controlled with seasonal closures. As a Category II National Park on protected Crown land with strict access control, recreational fishing/spearfishing by visitors is not permitted. Permanent designation. NOTE: an explicit verbatim 'no fishing' statute clause was not retrievable online; the no-take basis is the National Park (IUCN II) designation plus Crown-land status and the documented access restrictions. No source indicating visitor fishing IS permitted was found.
