AMP Isole Egadi — Zona A di riserva integrale (Marettimo, costa occidentale: Cala Bianca - Faro di Punta Libeccio)

Fully protected core zone (zona A) of the Isole Egadi Marine Protected Area: the sea off the west coast of Marettimo between the headland south-west of Cala Bianca and the Punta Libeccio lighthouse, closed landward by the coastline. All professional and recreational fishing by any means is forbidden here, and even possessing spearfishing gear inside zona A is an offence (D.M. 6 August 1993, art. 2; D.M. 1 June 2010 regulation, art. 25). Spearfishing in apnea is banned across the whole Egadi MPA.
