Cómo se trata la pesca submarina en All declared Marine Reserves under the Fisheries Act.

Spear gun fishing is prohibited in any Marine Reserve declared by the Minister under Section 22 of the Fisheries Act. Numerous areas were declared marine reserves by Gazette notice (19 areas in 1986 and a further 6 in 1990). Fishing and taking of flora/fauna in these reserves requires written permission.
