Licencia obligatoriaa través de Direction de la marine marchande et des pêches maritimes / délégation (quartier maritime) - Département de la pêche maritime

Apply to the délégation des pêches maritimes of your region (issued by the chef de la direction de la marine marchande et des pêches maritimes or a delegated chef de quartier maritime). Requirements: be at least 18 (16+ with written parental consent), meet physical-aptitude conditions set by joint ministerial order (medical certificate), and hold third-party (liability) insurance.
