Spearfishers must keep clear of professional fishing units and marked fishing gear; approaching within ~150 m of a fishing vessel or buoy-marked gear is reported as prohibited. Consistent with Art. 21 of Law 94-13 (recreational units must not impede professionals). Operational distance figure is secondary-sourced.
