Cape Perpetua North Marine Protected Area (Oregon)

The marine protected area immediately north of the Cape Perpetua Marine Reserve, off Yachats, Lincoln County. OAR 635-012-0080(1) prohibits the "Take of any fish species"; section (2) allows only salmon trolling, crabbing, and recreational hook-and-line fishing from the bank. A speargun is none of those, so spearfishing is prohibited throughout the area.
