Cascade Head North Marine Protected Area (Oregon)

The marine protected area north of the Cascade Head Marine Reserve, off Neskowin and Cascade Head, Lincoln County. OAR 635-012-0110(1) prohibits the "Take of any fish species"; the only allowances are salmon trolling, crabbing, and recreational groundfish angling with hook-and-line from private non-chartered boats. Spearfishing is therefore prohibited.
