Point St. George Reef Offshore State Marine Conservation Area (California)

Offshore reef SMCA west of Crescent City, Del Norte County (9.52 sq mi), around the St. George Reef complex. The only permitted take is salmon by trolling and Dungeness crab by trap (recreational and commercial). Spearfishing is not among the exceptions, and 14 CCR §28.90 independently bars taking salmon by spear, so no fish may be speared here.
