Stewarts Point State Marine Reserve (California)

No-take State Marine Reserve on the Sonoma County coast at Stewarts Point (14 CCR §632(b)(34)), reaching from the mean high tide line to the three-nautical-mile state-waters boundary; the adjoining Stewarts Point SMCA described in §632(b)(33)(A) is expressly excluded from the reserve. Inside the reserve all take, including spearfishing, is prohibited.
