The Ten Mile River estuary behind the beach north of Fort Bragg, Mendocino County (0.18 sq mi), bounded at the mean high tide line. 14 CCR §632(b)(21)(B) lists no take exception at all beyond a tribal exemption and maintenance of artificial structures; waterfowl hunting is separately allowed. Spearfishing is prohibited.
