Waketickeh Creek Conservation Area (Hood Canal, Washington)

A closure on the west shore of Hood Canal north-east of Cummings Point, and a statutory Conservation Area. WAC 220-305-080(1) makes it "unlawful to fish for or possess fish, shellfish, or wildlife taken from any conservation area defined in chapter 220-303 WAC", so all finfish are closed and spearfishing is prohibited. The area itself is defined by WAC 220-303-090. The strip within 100 feet of ordinary high water is expressly excluded from the closed area.
