Fernando de Noronha Marine National Park (Parque Nacional Marinho de Fernando de Noronha)

Federal integral-protection marine national park covering about 70% of the Fernando de Noronha archipelago (Pernambuco), managed by ICMBio. As an integral-protection conservation unit, extractive fishing including spearfishing is prohibited. This unit is explicitly named in the existing BRA data as an example of a no-take zone where spearfishing is banned.
