Tasmanian spear closure at the Mersey River mouth (Devonport). Spears may not be used in this area. Boundary: the river and its tributaries (including Horsehead Creek), upstream of a line from the seaward end of the breakwater on the western shore to the first beacon on the eastern side of the river mouth, including waters within 100 metres to seaward of that line.
