Waterman Recreation Area, Marmion Marine Park (Western Australia)

Inshore recreation area of Marmion Marine Park off Perth's northern beaches. Clause 3 of the Prohibition on Recreational Fishing (Marmion Marine Park) Order 1999 bans recreational fishing park-wide and Schedule 4 re-permits only line fishing from the shore in this Schedule 2 area; spearfishing is permitted nowhere in the park except in the General Use Areas at least 1800 m from the mainland high water mark, so it is prohibited here.
