Krka National Park

Fishing is prohibited throughout Krka National Park: 'Na području Nacionalnog parka ribolov je zabranjen' (Pravilnik o zaštiti i očuvanju Nacionalnog parka »Krka«, NN 123/2019 as amended by NN 111/2022, Article 15(1)). The only exception is selective fishing for sanitary measures and restocking with endemic and endangered species, on a ministry permit — there is no recreational fishing exception at all. Article 34(1) separately prohibits all underwater activities in the park. Spearfishing is therefore prohibited on both grounds.
