Pyramid Point State Marine Conservation Area (California)

Del Norte County SMCA at the Oregon border off Pyramid Point and the Smith River mouth (13.99 sq mi). Under 14 CCR §632(a)(1)(C) all recreational and commercial take is unlawful here except one carve-out: true smelt by dip net or Hawaiian type throw net. No form of spearfishing is permitted, so a diver may not take fish here.
