South Humboldt Bay State Marine Recreational Management Area (California)

The southern arm of Humboldt Bay, Humboldt County (0.81 sq mi). Unusually for a recreational management area, 14 CCR §632(b)(9)(C) closes it entirely: take of all living, geological, or cultural marine resources is prohibited (waterfowl hunting under the general waterfowl regulations is the only exception, plus a Wiyot Tribe exemption). Spearfishing is therefore prohibited.
