Reserva Marina del Nord de Menorca

Regional marine reserve along Menorca's northern Tramuntana coast. Spearfishing (pesca submarina) is prohibited throughout the reserve; vessels navigating reserve waters may not carry spearguns (fusiles de pesca submarina). The reserve is zoned: an integral-protection Zone A where all spearfishing and extraction of marine flora/fauna is banned, a Zone B where spearfishing is prohibited except where the Direcció General de Pesca authorizes it, and a Zone C where diving and recreational fishing are allowed with authorization.
