Spearfishing is prohibited within 100 metres of fixed fishing gear (arts fixes) and nets, and of boats carrying out fishing operations.

Requirements: be at least 18 (16+ with written parental consent), meet physical-aptitude conditions set by joint ministerial order (medical certificate), and hold third-party (liability) insurance.
