Underwater hunting is prohibited closer than 50 metres from marked places for swimming, mass recreation of citizens and water sports.

Apply in person at the Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen (РГОО БООР): submit an application and the required documents; the certificate is issued by БООР or its organisational structures to permanent residents holding a БООР membership card.
