Harbours, harbour entrances/exits, anchorages and vessel transit lanes ਵਿੱਚ ਸਪੀਅਰਫਿਸ਼ਿੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Spearfishing is prohibited within harbour areas, their entrances and exits, anchorages and marine vessel transit lanes, and within 200 m of harbour works, navigational marks, vessels, anchored ships and marked fishing nets (PD 373/1985, Art. 3 para. 1d-e).
