Public recreation / swimming zones (зоны отдыха населения) ਵਿੱਚ ਸਪੀਅਰਫਿਸ਼ਿੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Speargun use is expressly excluded from public recreation/swimming areas under paragraph 19 of the Fishing Rules.
