Delimited zone on the west shore of La Isleta where recreational spearfishing is permitted only on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (Orden de 29 de octubre de 2007, BOC 222). The companion G-8 Sur was suppressed by the Orden de 3 de julio de 2008 as it lay entirely in exterior waters.

Apply through the fisheries authority of the relevant coastal Autonomous Community (online or in person). A medical certificate of fitness for underwater/free-diving (issued by a doctor qualified in hyperbaric/underwater medicine), or a valid federation licence covering the medical, plus suitable accident insurance, is generally required. ID (DNI for citizens; NIE/passport for foreigners) and payment of the regional fee are needed.
