Protected territories (заповедники / specially protected natural areas) 处鱼叉捕鱼的相关规定。
Recreational fishers may fish in the waterbodies of all regions except protected territories, private aquaculture farms, other enterprises, and territories allocated to fishing clubs. Fishing in waterbodies of the protection zone of reserves (заповедники) by commercial subjects is only allowed by agreement with the authorized body (Law 'On Fish Farming', Articles 8 and 12). Specific named reserves and coordinates were not retrievable.

Foreign visitors generally cannot apply independently and obtain permits through licensed local tour operators/guides.
