No-take Sanctuary Preservation Area of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary off Key Largo, one of the most-dived reefs in the Keys. All fishing by any means, including spearfishing, and any removal of marine life are prohibited under 15 CFR 922.164(d)(1).
