Integral-protection core of the Regno di Nettuno MPA covering the Secca della Catena shoal in the Canale d'Ischia. Only rescue/surveillance, MPA service and authorised scientific research are allowed inside zona A, so all fishing including spearfishing is prohibited (the MPA founding decree already lists 'la pesca subacquea' among the activities not permitted).
