How spearfishing is treated at Beware Reef Marine Sanctuary, Victoria.

One of Victoria's 11 marine sanctuaries (partially exposed granite reef and fur-seal haul-out) - a no-take marine protected area under the National Parks Act 1975 (Vic), managed by Parks Victoria. All fishing including spearfishing is prohibited and spear guns may not be used or carried. Offshore from Cape Conran, East Gippsland.
