Overview

How spearfishing is treated at Cape Howe Marine National Park, Victoria.

One of Victoria's 13 marine national parks - a no-take marine protected area under the National Parks Act 1975 (Vic), managed by Parks Victoria, at Victoria's far south-east corner near the NSW border. All fishing including spearfishing is prohibited and spear guns may not be used or carried. Bass Strait waters north-east of Gabo Island.
