How spearfishing is treated at Discovery Bay Marine National Park, Victoria.
One of Victoria's 13 marine national parks - a no-take marine protected area under the National Parks Act 1975 (Vic), managed by Parks Victoria. All fishing, netting, spearing and taking of marine life is prohibited; spear guns may not be used or carried. Offshore of Discovery Bay in far south-west Victoria, west of Cape Bridgewater.
