One of Victoria's 13 marine national parks - a no-take marine protected area under the National Parks Act 1975 (Vic), managed by Parks Victoria. All fishing including spearfishing is prohibited and spear guns may not be used or carried. Offshore in Bass Strait off Ninety Mile Beach (Seaspray / Golden Beach area), Gippsland.
