One of Victoria's 11 marine sanctuaries - a no-take marine protected area under the National Parks Act 1975 (Vic), managed by Parks Victoria. All fishing including spearfishing is prohibited and spear guns may not be used or carried. East of the Point Danger headland at Torquay, Surf Coast.
