How spearfishing is treated at The Arches Marine Sanctuary, Victoria.

One of Victoria's 11 marine sanctuaries (~45-48 ha of submerged reef/arch seascape in 19-25 m of water) - a no-take marine protected area under the National Parks Act 1975 (Vic), managed by Parks Victoria. All fishing including spearfishing is prohibited and spear guns may not be used or carried. Offshore south of Port Campbell.
