Overview

How spearfishing is treated at Wilsons Promontory Marine National Park, Victoria.

Victoria's largest marine national park - a no-take marine protected area under the National Parks Act 1975 (Vic), managed by Parks Victoria, abutting Wilsons Promontory National Park. All fishing including spearfishing is prohibited and spear guns may not be used or carried. Bass Strait waters south/west of the promontory (incl. the Anser and Glennie island groups).
