Creation/expansion decree Art. 5 flatly prohibits 'caza y pesca' (hunting and fishing, no sport/commercial qualifier) within the park's new limits along the Bolivia–Brazil border on the Río Iténez (Guaporé); a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000.
