Creation decree Art. 7 expressly forbids granting any 'autorización de caza y pesca deportiva o comercial' (sport or commercial hunting/fishing authorization) within the park's limits, i.e. both recreational and commercial fishing — spearfishing is 'pesca deportiva' under Bolivian law (Ley 938 Art. 5.18).
