São Paulo state integral-protection marine park (Decreto Estadual 37.537/1993) off Santos; Portaria 2-N of 24/05/1994 (Art. 1) expressly bans fishing ('Proíbe a pesca na área do Parque Estadual Marinho da Laje de Santos'), including spearfishing/capture/collection of any marine organism.
