How spearfishing is treated at Protected areas (national parks, wildlife sanctuaries) without permit.

Fishing within a protected area is only permitted with a valid permit obtained under Technical Regulations (Rule 251, FNCRR 2017). Without such a permit, fishing in protected areas is prohibited.
