How spearfishing is treated at Reserva Marina Pullinque.

Marine reserve for the Chilean oyster (ostra chilena) in the Estero/Golfo de Quetalmahue, Ancud commune, Los Lagos Region (X Region), declared by SUBPESCA decree (D.S. 134/2003 MINECON). Approx. 740 ha. As a marine reserve, extractive fishing (including spearfishing) is prohibited except under managed/authorized regimes. One of Chile's five marine reserves.
