Caribbean marine national park protecting coral reefs in the Islas del Rosario archipelago (~20-23 km southwest of Cartagena, depts. Bolívar/Sucre). Sport/spearfishing is prohibited inside all National Natural Parks under Law 2 of 1959 (art. 13) and Decree 1076 of 2015; this park is explicitly named in the file's catch-all PNN prohibition. Coordinates represent the Islas del Rosario sector (the park also includes the San Bernardo sector at ~9.75N 75.85W).
