License requiredvia Direction de la Peche (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Maritime Economy - MAEM); Service des Affaires Maritimes for non-professional permits

Application to the Direction de la Peche using the official forms (annexes 1 and 2 of Arrete 2007-0036), with technical opinion of the Direction de la Peche and payment of fees. Not applicable to spearfishing, which is prohibited.
