How spearfishing is treated at Reserva Natural Parcial marina de Cap Gros - Cap de Creus, eastern sector (Catalonia).

Eastern marine partial reserve of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, wrapping the headland north and south of the cape. Same regime as the western sector: only artisanal or rod fishing may extract marine resources, and the official park fishing leaflet states that spearfishers may not fish in the partial reserve zones.

Apply through the fisheries authority of the relevant coastal Autonomous Community (online or in person). A medical certificate of fitness for underwater/free-diving (issued by a doctor qualified in hyperbaric/underwater medicine), or a valid federation licence covering the medical, plus suitable accident insurance, is generally required. ID (DNI for citizens; NIE/passport for foreigners) and payment of the regional fee are needed.
