How spearfishing is treated at Réserve de pêche de Cagnes-sur-Mer.
Marine fishing reserve on the Cagnes-sur-Mer littoral (Alpes-Maritimes), a small fully protected restocking zone east of the Loup river mouth. All forms of fishing — including spearfishing — are prohibited inside the whole perimeter (scientific fishing only by prefectoral authorization). Renewed by the Arrêté du 27 août 2019 with WGS 84 coordinates (no expiry stated; in force — the 2019 arrêté abrogated the prior 2009 one and has not itself been abrogated).
