How spearfishing is treated at Parc Marin de l'embouchure d'Iguéla.
Marine park (~220.8 km2) at the Iguéla lagoon mouth, contiguous with the northern coastal boundary of Loango National Park, created by Décret n° 00161/PR du 31/05/2017. Sport fishing requires prior ministerial authorisation (Loi 015/2005 Art. 57, 68).

Apply to the Ministry/Direction in charge of Fisheries and Aquaculture (DGPA); permit delivered per Art. 19-20 on submission of a dossier whose composition is fixed by regulation. The Minister in charge of Fisheries issues sport-fishing permits, with prior ministerial authorisation additionally required inside marine parks (Art. 57). Artisanal fishing authorisations/cards (a separate regime) are handled by the DGPA in Libreville.
