How spearfishing is treated at Controlled waters - West Guernsey (Grande Rocque / Fort Hommet / Fort le Crocq / Fort Saumarez / Pezeries).

Inshore controlled waters bounded by the foreshore and lines drawn between the most western points of Grande Rocque (Castel), Fort Hommet (Castel), Fort le Crocq headland (Saint Saviour), Fort Saumarez (Saint Pierre du Bois) and Pezeries Point (Torteval). Trawling prohibited 1 Apr - 30 Sep; dredging prohibited at all times.
