Overview

How spearfishing is treated at St Peter Port Harbour (diving/swimming prohibited).

Defined harbour area of St Peter Port (extending west of a line drawn between the eastern extremity of the Castle Breakwater and the south-eastern extremity of the White Rock Pier, including the QEII Marina). Swimming and diving within Guernsey Harbours is prohibited without the express permission of the Harbourmaster; only authorised commercial divers may dive within the harbour, so recreational spearfishing/freediving is not permitted here.
