How spearfishing is treated at Sandy Bay (seasonal underwater-fishing window 1 Oct - 30 Apr).
At Sandy Bay, underwater fishing with or without a weapon is permitted ONLY during 1 October to 30 April under a Class C permit (reg 21(2)(e)). Sandy Bay is on the eastern Mediterranean coast of Gibraltar, south of Catalan Bay, accessible via Sir Herbert Miles Road.
