How spearfishing is treated at Croatian fishing sea (Adriatic) outside protected and restricted areas.
Spearfishing is permitted in the open Croatian Adriatic on a valid sport licence, outside national parks, special reserves, listed estuaries/bays, and outside harbours, ports and bathing areas (the latter banned 1 May - 1 October). Free-diving only, daylight only, with a signal buoy.
