How spearfishing is treated at Telašćica Nature Park — Podzona zabrane ribolova: north-western head of Telašćica bay.
The first of the two bearing-defined no-fishing sectors of Telašćica Nature Park: the aquatorium of the extreme north-western part of Telašćica bay, from the head of the bay out to the line drawn from Rt Artak on a bearing of 180° towards uvala Jaz. Every category of fishing is completely prohibited (NN 8/2022 čl. 18(1)); NN 125/2020 čl. 7(1) permits fishing only in the biological-conservation and economic-regulation subzones. Spearfishing is separately banned throughout the park (NN 8/2022 čl. 17(2); speargun lawful only in sport fishing per Zakon o morskom ribarstvu čl. 31(1)). Recreational-fishing vessels must stay 100 m off the sector line (NN 8/2022 čl. 22).
