Overview
How spearfishing is treated at Seapoint Beach bathing area (Monkstown).
Blue Flag bathing place between Blackrock and Monkstown, Dublin Bay. DLR Beach Bye-Laws 2012, Schedule 2 Part IV prohibits fishing and angling (all methods, incl. spearfishing) at all times in the signed lifeguard-patrol bathing area.
